Payment terms:The buyer makes a payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire party from the carrier to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is 30 calendar days from the date of signing the specification. Supplier makes the delivery of the goods at its own expense and on their own to the buyer's warehouse. By delivering products taken from the factories of manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, authorized dealers and distributors. Having the quality of passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods at the warehouse receipt is necessary. The goods supplied must be new and not recovered. If shipment of the goods the obligation to notify the Buyer providing kopiy: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. Supplier accepts the terms of the Model JC contract.

Comments:
The condition for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of the delivery agreement, the presence of the manufacturing status of any existing dealership with factories -izgotovitelyami. 1. Conclusion of the contract only in the standard version of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" "without protocol differences (see attachments).

3. Year product launch no earlier than 2017!
4. The number of goods can be changed in case of changing applications.
5. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
6. After rebidding procedure - proposals for additional changes in the price offer will not be accepted.
