Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the tender means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.

3) When placing a CP, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, the availability of goods, the time of manufacture, the delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, the dimensions of the cargo (weight, volume, number of containers), ;
4) The product must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality;
6) Packing list must be filled in before shipment (see example of filling in a purchasing house
documentation), stick the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of documents to the customer by e-mail.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
