Payment terms:
The buyer makes payment by money transfer to the bank account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Transportation costs shall be included in cost of goods.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: November 2016. Supplier delivers products at its own expense and using its own resources to the destination point. Quality certificates or other documents certifying the quality of products shall be provided when entering the warehouse. The supplied products must be new, not repaired. When the products are shipped the mandatory notification of the Buyer with provision of the copies of: tax invoices, TORG-12 delivery notice and the documents confirming the shipment of goods via the carrier, is required.
