Payment terms:
payment deferral of 60 banking days from receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse. "Product consignment" means the quantity of product under a single specification
Delivery terms:
The Products shall be delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer’s warehouse. The supplied products shall be new, not restored and not preserved previously. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products. Delivery date is the date of products transfer to the Buyer upon signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer’s warehouse. Delivery time – within 30 days from signing the specification. The Supplier is expected to accept the terms of Yuzhniy Kuzbass standard contract.

After rebidding procedure the offers submitted outside E-marketplace "B2B-Mechel" on additional quotation change shall not be considered. The list of documents: 1. Dealer certificate for the proposed product; 2. Certificate of conformity. 3. Statutory documents (for entering a standard contract of PAO "Yuzhny Kuzbass") according to the letter "On the provision of the list of documents" .4. Standard contract of PAO "Yuzhny Kuzbass" (with data of the Applicant) and specification (as finally stated by the Applicant). 5. Permit by RosTekhNadzor and certificate of conformity.
