Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:
100% on delivery within 20 business days, subject to fully fulfilled delivery and acceptance of goods to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Shipping to Consignee's Warehouse, including the cost of products
Comments: 1) The products offered must be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical description, project drawing, quality documents must be attached;
3) The criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience with supplier;
4) The commercial offer expires at least 30k/days.
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing sheet (see example filling in the purchase documentation), paste the packing sheet on the package with the product, send copies of documents to Customer via electronic mail.
6) Bidding involves agreeing to the buyer's form of contract.

Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants
