Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: Invoices, UPD, Torg-12 and documents confirming shipment of goods through the carrier

company Pirelli announces a tender for the supply of declared positions under the conditions below:

1) It is necessary to attach the commercial offer (KP) in electronic form. Price offers without the attached KP are not considered.

2) When setting up the KP, the following information must be specified:
- The prices should be specified taking into account the delivery to the address of the buyer without VAT and in currency (UEU – conditional euro), for 1 item of the goods or a minimum batch;
- Post-payment conditions (90 days);
- Price fixing at least 6 (12) months;
- Delivery term;
- Delivery terms: Delivery of goods should be included in its cost;
- Availability of certificates of conformity;
- Supplier's attitude to delivered products: Manufacturer, official dealer, free seller;
- Guarantee.

3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;

4) Participation in the competition means acceptance of the contract form of the buyer. The standard form of the supply contract with standardized applications is attached to the tender documentation
