Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the received new Goods in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note/consignment note or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness, completeness of the delivered Goods and provided the Buyer receives the appropriate the invoice, the original contract, specifications and originals of shipping documents issued in the name of the Buyer. Comments: Settlements under the contract are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC).
