| Delivery terms: | The goods shall be supplied in accordance with the schedule in 2016, the products shall be delivered by the Supplier’s automobile transport on site of OAO Southern Kuzbass, Coal Cleaning and Processing Department. The supplier shall deliver the goods to the Buyer’s warehouse at his expense and using his own resources. Manufacturer’s quality certificates or any other documents confirming the quality shall be provided. The supplied goods shall be new, not reconditioned. Only manufacturing plants and dealers are allowed to participate in the request procedure. |

Comments:
Mandatory requirement for participation in request for proposals is that the parties shall enter into an Agreement. Status of manufacturer or certificate of dealership with the manufacturing plants is required. Commercial offers shall be uploaded. Please, note that this request procedure is not a notification on conduction of a tender (a public tender) or a public offer and it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Customer and reserves his right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason and to terminate the prequalification procedure in any time without bearing any responsibilities towards the Participants. The proposals shall be accepted upon conditions that 100% of the requested Goods will be supplied. The following documents shall be uploaded to the proposal: dealership certificate for the requested products, specifications with itemized pricing.
