Payment terms:
The buyer shall make payment by money transfer to the bank account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of goods from the Carrier at the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Products shall be supplied due to the schedule in 2016 only by road transport of the Supplier to OAO "Southern Kuzbass", Department for the enrichment and processing of coal. Supplier shall deliver goods at his own expense and using his own resources to the buyer's warehouse. Provision of quality certificate or other document proving the quality of the goods is required. The supplied goods shall be new, not restored. Only plants, manufacturers and dealers are admitted to participation in the RFP.
Comments: Mandatory condition for participation in the request for proposals, signing the supply contract by the Parties is the status of manufacturer, dealer of manufacturers. Uploading of commercial proposals is required. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants. Proposals for delivery of 100% of the requested goods volume are accepted. Attachment of the following documents is required: dealer certificate for the requested products, specification with prices per items.
