Payment terms:
100% payment delay on the delivery of products. Preferred grace period - not less than 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Other payment terms agreed by the Parties additionally.
Payment of products is carried out in cashless transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier. Payment currency - the Russian ruble.
The buyer makes payments to cover products on the basis of acceptance, provided that the supplier of the original documents confirming the quality of products, commercial invoices and expense - of invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:
The goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost included in cost of goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the Purchaser at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) to the Buyer's warehouse Mezhdurechensk, South Industrial Area, Warehousing. Products delivery time: minimum since the signing of the contract the buyer. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other delivery conditions are agreed by the Parties additionally.
Products must be accompanied by all required documents confirming their quality and origin.
Comments: MANDATORY - uploading quotation signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization, the certificate of conformity, approval documents, the dealer certificate with manufacturers or vendor status confirmation, the reference sheet.
Simultaneously with the submission of proposals is required to provide the documents specified in the procurement documentation.
Conclusion of the contract only in the standard version of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" without protocol differences (See attachment).
Validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days of its surrender.
One of the important criteria of evaluation of the proposal, a delay of payment. Preferred grace period - 60 days or more from date of shipment.
Please note! If a delivery is offered products that manufacturer (not the original) or any other references, in the offer necessarily indicate the manufacturer's name and catalog number changed. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Number of on-demand can be changed in case of changing demands from enterprises.
