Comments:
1. ) Additionally, it is possible to issue the KP on the official form with the seal and signature of the head and attach to the boot documentation.
2) In the CP it is necessary to specify:
- quantity (tonnage) of the proposed TMC. If deviating from the purchase weight, the proposed tonnage should deviate to the large side by only 10% of the tonnage in the notification. Otherwise, the TMC weight to offer in a smaller way.
- the cost of TMC with VAT, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, taking into account the packaging (Packaging should be only in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96);
- The units of measurement in the CP must correspond to the requested
- relation to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer);
delivery time to Buyer's warehouse;
- warranty conditions;
- consent to the contract.
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience.
4) This procedure is not a public contest and does not regulate articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, 447-449 ch1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations.
