Comments:
1. ) You can additionally arrange the KP on the official letterhead with the head's stamp and signature, and attach to the boot documentation.
2) The KP must specify:
- the number (tonnage) of TMC proposed. When deviating from the purchase weight, the proposed tonnage should deviate to the large side by only 10% of the tonnage in the notification. Otherwise, the weight of TMC offer in a smaller way.
- TMC VAT, subject to delivery to Buyer's warehouse, subject to packaging (Packaging must only be in accordance with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 requirements);
- The units of measurement in the KP must match the requested;
- product ratio (free seller, dealer, manufacturer);
Delivery time to Buyer's warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- agreement to the contract.
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: consent to our form contract, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience.
4) This procedure is not a public competition and does not govern articles 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Russian Civil Code, 447-449 h1 of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for offer procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
