Comments:
1. ) Optionally, KP can be issued on the official letterhead stamped and signed by the supervisor and attached to the loading documentation.
2) The CP should specify:
- the amount (tonnage) of the proposed TMC. If you deviate from the purchase weight, the proposed tonnage should deviate to the large side by only 10% of the tonnage in the notification. Otherwise, the weight of the TMC is to offer less.
- the cost of TMC incl. VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packing should only be in accordance with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96);
- The units of measurement in the CP must match those requested;
- Product attitudes (free seller, dealer, manufacturer);
delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse;
- Warranty conditions
- agreement to the contract.
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: acceptance of our form contract, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience.
4) This procedure is not a public tender and does not govern articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Russian Civil Code, 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
