The delivered Product must be free from defects related to materials or work on their manufacture. The delivered Goods must be new, that is, not used, restored, recycled, modified, not altered, without any restrictions (pledge, ban, arrest, etc.) admitted to free circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation, made no earlier than 2020. The Supplier must guarantee that the delivered Goods are manufactured in accordance with the standards, indicators and parameters approved for this type of product; the goods are manufactured in the factory, is serial. The product must not be an exhibition sample, must be free from the rights of third parties.
The warranty period for the goods must be at least 6 (six) months from the date of signing the consignment note, but not less than the period established by the manufacturer (manufacturer).
This price request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
