Delivery terms:
Within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the specification, the terms can be adjusted, specify in the Commercial Proposal
Comments: 1. The goods offered for delivery must be new goods that have not been used, repaired, including those whose consumer properties have not been restored, and also the goods must be free from any claims of third parties that are not prohibited (arrested), pledged, or used goods, passed the inspection (depending on the item).
2. As part of the bid, the Bidder provides: Commercial Proposals for the products offered; Terms of payment for the goods; Terms of delivery of the goods; Protocol of disagreements to the contract (if any); A document confirming that the supplier is the manufacturer or the official dealer of the manufacturer.
3. The offers with the minimum price and the maximum deferred payment are of priority.
4. The period of validity of the suppliers' price offer is at least 30 days.
5. The offered products must comply with the stated technical requirements.
6. The organizer has the right to select several winners.
7. The contract is signed in the form of the Organizer. If there are disagreements to the agreement, please send a protocol of disagreements as part of the bid.

9. This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders!
