The enterprise purchased spare parts must conform strictly to the requirements: 1. Spare parts new. 2. The products must be a quality certificate, certificate of origin. III. The provision of statutory documents (see list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submission of the proposal. IV. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CIVIL CODE. The buyer shall have the right to reject all proposals, without imposition of liability. V.
