I hereby inform you that Dalcvetmet LLC is collecting offers for KAMAZ spare parts and invites you to participate in this procedure. The subject of the purchase is set out in Appendix #1 - Form to fill out the TAP.
This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not regulated by Article 447-449 of the Civil Code, is not a public tender and is not regulated by Article 1054-1061 of the Civil Code, is an offer and does not give rise to civil obligations for Dalcvetmet LLC to enter into a contract with the participants of the request.
Dalcvetmet reserves the right to accept or reject any offer and at any time without any reason to stop the solicitation process or change its terms and conditions holding. You bear the costs associated with the proposal and these costs are not reimbursable to Dalcvetmet LLC.
