3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR SUPPLY:
- experience in delivering similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation.
4. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by a representative of Global-Flot LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the supply agreement.
5. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
6. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.
7. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In a commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed names must be displayed with an indication of technical characteristics and the attachment of certificates.
8. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
