3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- experience in the supply of similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation.
4. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier to the address stated in the request will be carried out by the representative of Global Fleet LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its authority, will be reflected in the supply contract.
5. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
6. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.
7. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed items must be displayed with the technical characteristics and the application of the certificates.
8. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
