1. Поставщик гарантирует, что все запасные части, поставляемые в рамках настоящего КП, являются оригинальной продукцией компании HOLMER (в составлении заявки, необходимо приложить дилерский сертификат).
2. Все поступаемые запасные части должны иметь штрих-коды для идентификации на складе Покупателя.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. 10% advance on request;
2. 30% - within 10 banking days from the date the Buyer receives a written notification from the Supplier about the readiness of shipment of the Goods to the Buyer from the Supplier’s warehouse;
3. 30% - upon receipt and acceptance to the Buyer's warehouse within 30 banking days from the date of delivery;
4. 30% - within 90-120 days after receipt at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the Goods is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse located at 452173, RF, Republic of Bashkortostan, rp Chishmy, st. Mira, d. 1. Transportation costs for the delivery of goods from the supplier’s warehouse to the buyer's warehouse are included in the price of the goods.
