Payment terms:Покупатель производит оплату путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в следующем порядке: 100% стоимости товара – в течение 45 календарных дней с даты приёмки товара от Перевозчика на складе Покупателя
Delivery terms:Срок поставки не позднее 28.12.2011г.
Поставщик производит доставку товара за свой счёт и своими силами до склада Покупателя. Наличие паспорта качества либо иной документ, удостоверяющий качество товара. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.При отгрузке товара обязательное уведомление Покупателя с предоставлением копиий: счёт-фактур, ТОРГ-12 и документов подтверждающих отправку товаров через Перевозчика
