Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the terms of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, the base of JV Neftestroy LLC 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway (Diagram attached) or to the TC terminal in Kogalym.

3. Participants are invited to participate:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is mandatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer on granting authority to sell the requested products);
4. The criteria for evaluating the proposals will be:
- Meeting all the stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Product delivery time;
- The participant's consent to the wording of the organizer's agreement, signing the agreement without a protocol of disagreements (the official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure to the moment of delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
- In order to avoid any risks, the Company reserves the right to check the reliability and integrity of potential suppliers by any available tools and methods when selecting a winner.
- Proposals of participants who are in the register of unfair suppliers will not be accepted for consideration.
- Mandatory condition for filling in the table part on the ETP! Information concerning the parameters of the purchased products and other requirements of the procurement documentation must be entered in full in the offer fields. Failure to comply with these requirements is grounds for rejection of this proposal.
5. The products must be delivered in accordance with the stated requirements (both the requirements of the regulatory documentation and the additional requirements of the customer, agreed by the parties).
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
