) Required conditions for the configuration and quality of the goods - in accordance with the drawings. (Consideration of analogues, subject to ensuring the cost-effectiveness and quality of goods and materials);
2) Requirements for delivery times: clause 1 - April 2021, clause 2-3 - June 2021 (indicate a possible delivery schedule);
3) Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, quality certificate;
4) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;
5) The TCH is valid for at least 30 days;
6) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
7) if there is no valid agreement between our organizations, please read the standard edition and give your opinion.
8) Mandatory execution of the delivery schedule (subject to clause 2) - a one-time delivery is allowed upon request within a quarter with a delivery time to LGOK no later than 9 days before the date of the 1st application in the quarter.
