Auto-extension

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse without any comments.

Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the consignment of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire consignment to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of the Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container should ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) Parts of the original factory production.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial offer, a certificate confirming the attitude to the product. Certificate for the product.
3) Products must be new, not used.
4) Products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packing, marking, transportation and storage "and GOST 14192-96" Marking of goods ").
