Payment terms:
Payment Terms: Price includes all transportation and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of goods to Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is delivered by the Supplier (transport company) to the PJSC "PMK" warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery on DAP conditions of Chelyabinsk is possible.
Comments: 1) Required Certificate of Conformity (Certificate of Origin), original passports and application permit;
With the products delivered, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one for the entire batch.
2) The year of production is 2021 ;
3) Signing of a delivery agreement in the PJC model form of PMQs;
4) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Promoter of the Request for Proposals has the right to refuse all offers made without incurring any liability to the Participants.
5) When choosing a winner, product manufacturer and dealer certified companies have the advantage.
6) Provider terms and conditions of payment may be considered.
7) If you are an official representative of a manufacturer, attach all documents to B2B.
8) If a registered member does not have the option to submit a self-offer due to lack of EDC, it is possible to attach offers sent to email chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru.
To attach suggestions on behalf of the Participant, the following documents are required:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the seal of the organization (must contain quantity of products offered, unit price without VAT, total amount without VAT, term manufacturing, payment terms, shipping conditions);
- A document that establishes the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (e.g., statute, power of attorney);
- A letter retracting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant himself (in a free form on the company's form with the signature of the authorized person).

The acceptance of offers to the Organizer's email address is completed up to 6 hours before the end of the procedure, attaching offers to the bidding is possible up to 4 hours before the end of the procedure.
9) In case of a retrade, an offer from a Vendor unregistered on the B2B trading floor should be sent to chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
