Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 10 business days from the receipt of products at the buyer's warehouse, unconditionally. 2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment cost upon signing the specification.The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, unconditionally.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer’s warehouse, using the company detailed provided. The date of delivery of the relevant consignment is the date of transfer of the entire consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the latter’s warehouse. Given the fact the cargo will be further transported to the regions of the Extreme North the packaging of the cargo must ensure its safety during transportation, storage (accumulation) and handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.
Comments: 1) Supply of products based on the request. 2) The following documents need to be uploaded: commercial offer, document indicating Supplier’s relation to the product, product certificate. 3) Products shall be new and unused. 4) The products should be accompanied with quality certificate/passport. 5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality of the goods, minimal delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience; 6) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; 7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer. 8) Before shipment a packing list should be filled (see the example of filling in the procurement documents) and attached to the packaging with the product, and a copy of that is to be sent to the Customer by e-mail. 9 ) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "The products to be sent to the regions of the Extreme North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo Marking".
