a) List of major clients, implementations, completed projects, names of supplied equipment.
b) Information about the applicant's mechanical equipment; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction and installation and design and survey works).
c) Charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if any (not requested from the individual entrepreneur).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, USN) for the last 2 reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Certificate of tax registration.
f) Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs).
g) Financial statements for the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2020.
g) Licenses (if necessary to perform work (services), SRO)
h) Document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the manager, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, consignment notes).
i) Certificate of absence of tax arrears and dues from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate (Certificate of tax arrears for the purposes of the tender must be received no more than 1 month in advance at the time of the tender).
j) Letter of confirmation of the status of the dealer / distributor from the manufacturer (if applicable).
k) Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP with the date of issue no later than 30 days.
l) Protocol (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization.
m) Certificate of ownership or lease agreement for office space at the actual location.
n) Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form KND 1110018).


This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1065 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", as well as the provisions of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs." Bidders who have not submitted a proposal on time, and / or in violation of the procedures of the company organizing the tender, and / or do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure.
