Payment terms:
Extension of term of payment by, at least, 30 calendar days after the products have been delivered to the Cargo receiver's warehouse in Yaroslavl.
Delivery terms:
Delivery term: July, delivery of the products ahead of the schedule is not allowed. The Supplier shall bear the transportation expenses for delivery of the products to the Cargo receiver's warehouse or up to the warehouse of the transportation company in Yaroslavl.

The bidder must be a registered member of B2B-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure possessing the rights of the System Member. 2. All prices in a bid shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as the discounts offered by the supplier. 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer, it is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer may refuse to hold the purchase procedure in any time after the announcement, as well as after expiration of the bid submission deadline, without bearing responsibilities. 4. If the supplier participates in the bidding it means that, in case he is declared a winner, he agrees to enter into a supply agreement in accordance with OAO Cordiant’s standard form without statement of disagreements and to carry out the supply on conditions specified in announcement of the purchase.
