Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% post-payment upon receipt of the goods to the intermediate warehouse in Nizhny Bestyakh, within 10 banking days from the date of delivery.
The cost of VAT is included.
Transport costs should be included in the cost of delivery, and its cost should also be indicated.
Delivery terms:
By the supplier's forces to the village of Nizhny Bestyakh, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
When shipping the goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.

documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
In the proposed KP, specify:
1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Links to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) The supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
