Comments: 1) CP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation.
2) in KP, you must specify the
- CMA cost with VAT, excluding delivery to the warehouse of the buyer, taking into account the packing (Packing should only be in accordance with the requirements of State standard Gost 14192-96 and 15846-2002)
- the cost of transport costs to the buyer's warehouse, rub.
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- the period of validity of the offer;
- the warranty period, if the warranty requires the extension, enter the cost on each product and period;
- estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment);
- number of seats/boxes;
- the address of the nearest Service Center;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The products shall be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the Technical Commercial Order;
4) Commercial Offer should be accompanied with confotmity certificates, passport, quality certificate;
5) Before shipping be sure to provide a photo of the package, a photo of product labels (requirements for labeling are specified in the uploaded documents);
6) Criteria for selection of the best offer: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
7) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Section I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
9) The cost of products transportation from Supplier's warehouse to Buyer's warehouse shall be indicated in the commercial proposal in a separate line
