Comments:
1. The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have all rights of the System Participant. 2. All prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receiving applications without imposing liabilities. 4. If the supplier participates in bidding, he agrees in the case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OAO "Cordiant" without protocol of disagreements and make delivery on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
