Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 10 business days from products receipt at the Buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.
Comments: 1) Parts of the original factory.
2) Be sure to upload the following documents: Commercial proposal, a certificate confirming Supplier's relation to the supplied products. Product Certificate.
3) The supplied products shall be new and unused.
4) The products must be accompanied with: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "The products to be sent to the regions of the Extreme North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
