Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% post payment within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse in Nakhodka, no comments.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) Supply of products as per request.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial proposal, certificate confirming the attitude to the product. Product Certificate.
3) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
4) Products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) The attached agreement is not an offer / final document.
7) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
9) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
10) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
