Comments:
Quality requirements:
1. Spare parts must be original domestic factory production or the USA, Europe, South. Korea, Russia, except China.
2. Autolamps are accepted for consideration incl. made in China of good quality.
3. Spare parts for Scania dump trucks - not original, made in the USA, Europe, South. Korea, Russia, if China, then only proven, good quality.
4. All spare parts must be new, not remanufactured, not with overhaul, will be accepted through the incoming control at the enterprise.
5. It is imperative to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the country of the manufacturer on the ETP.


GENERAL INFORMATION:

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
