Quality requirements:
1. Spare parts must be original domestic factory production or the USA, Europe, South. Korea, Russia, except China.
2. Autolamps are accepted for consideration incl. made in China of good quality.
3. Spare parts for Scania dump trucks - you don't need original ones, made in the USA, Europe, South. Korea, Russia, if China, then only proven, good quality.
4. All spare parts must be new, not remanufactured, not with overhaul, will be accepted through the incoming control at the enterprise.
5. Filters for Volvo special equipment with the designation "VOE ..." are accepted for consideration for purchase only by Fleetguard, Donaldson, Parker, MANN or the original. For the rest of the equipment - filters from European manufacturers, South. Korea, the United States, domestic manufacturers other than Chinese brands.

It is imperative to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the country of the manufacturer on the ETP.

If the Supplier delivers to the TK terminal in Voronezh or to the warehouse of our enterprise, then the Delivery Time is not the time of shipment from the Supplier's warehouse, but the number of days in which the Supplier will deliver the goods to the place of delivery.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This request for proposals is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
