Comments:
1.Delivery of s/h should take place in June 2022, no later.
2. Spare parts must be new, not restored, not from overhaul, will be accepted through the entrance control at the enterprise.
3. It is mandatory to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the country of the manufacturer on the ETP.
4. When placing prices, we ask you to take into account that it will take us 2-3 days after the completion of the second stage (rebidding) to consider them and make a decision on the purchase, so that at the time of registration of the specification they do not refuse their offer
5. The thickness of the knives should not be less than 35 mm, the steel should not be lower than 65.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
