Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the received new Product in the amount of 100% of the value of the Product within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note / consignment note or other document confirming the acceptance of the Product, provided that there are no claims for quality, quantity, completeness , completing the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives an invoice duly issued in the name of the Buyer, the original contract, specifications and originals of shipping documents. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.
Delivery terms:Delivery - 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. On DDP terms V.Kuranakh settlement (Aldan region, RS (Y)). (The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of delivery of the goods at its own expense. Shipping cost is included in the price of the Goods). Shipment of TK PEC, RATEK is not allowed.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The procurement participant must ALWAYS attach a commercial offer signed by the person in charge, on the letterhead. Passport for the goods. The price offer and terms of delivery submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" - MANDATORY. In the absence of all or part of these documents, the application is not subject to consideration.
