Payment terms:
Buyer shall pay for the received new Goods in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing the invoice/consignment invoice or otherwise a document confirming the acceptance of the Goods, provided that there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness, bundling of the Goods delivered and provided that the Buyer receives it properly invoice issued to the Buyer, the original contract, the specification and the original shipping documents. If the aforementioned document provision is violated, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days of the transfer of all the above documents to the Buyer.
Delivery terms:

Comments: Settlements under the contract are carried out using the current accounts opened by the Parties with Lanta Bank JSC. In order to fulfil this requirement, a "request for proposals" participant recognized as a "request for proposals" winner must within 5 (5) days from the date of completion request proposals to open a current account with Lanta Bank (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract for which the proposal was requested.
