Comments:
1. Forms of documents to be prepared and submitted as part of the Proposal:
- Commercial offer with prices including shipping, contractual terms, delivery time, payment terms, expiration dates;
- If the member is not the manufacturer (official dealer's certificates, general dealer's certificate; official representative, dealer's certificate; original letter from manufacturer with authority for the sale of its products);
- Results of the Customer's contract review.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with the customer's technical task (specifications) (Annex 1);
- offer price;
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with warehouse)
- agreement on the Customer's form of delivery agreement.
3.This notice is not a notification of the competition and has no relevant legal implications. The Customer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or terminate the request process at any time without incurring any liability to the participants.
6. The Customer reserves the right to adjust physical volumes before the conclusion of the Agreement and during the period of operation, as well as additional purchase from the claimed volume.
