Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:By transferring to the settlement account of the "Supplier" with a deferred payment of at least 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products at the Buyer's warehouse
Packaging and all possible payments are included in the price of the product. Other payment options are being considered. Details in the procurement documentation.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by forces and at the expense of the "Supplier" to the warehouse of the "Buyer".
The delivery date is the date of transfer of the products to the "Buyer" at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG -12) in the warehouse of the "Buyer". Details in the procurement documentation.

Request, CAREFULLY study the comments contained in the OSVAR application for spare parts 3Q 19.
Uploading the requested documentation to the price offer on the B2B ETP is MANDATORY and must comply with the last bid on the B2B ETP, drawn up in accordance with the comments set forth in the OSVAR application for 3Q19 spare parts, otherwise the Organizer has the right to reject the Participant's offer.
Note: this request for quotations / offers is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
