considered as reaching an agreement on all essential conditions
Contracts and/or are not considered as an offer and acceptance, aimed at
concluding NGK – Resource LLC has the right to choose Offers that do not
have the lowest price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or
in part, reject all Offers with or without explanation,
cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner
of the Call for Bidding. In case of providing false information, a potential
supplier of goods, works, services may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding.
The Bidder must attach a commercial offer to the Call for Bidding.
