Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% post payment within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods in the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the corresponding batch of goods is the date of transfer by the Supplier to the Buyer of the entire batch of goods in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the regions of the Far North to the Object, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container must ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) Spare parts of original factory production.
2) Mandatory loading of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the relationship to the products. Certificate for the product.
3) The products must be new, not used.
4) The following must be attached to the product: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This request for proposal procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the regions of the far North and areas equated to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo labeling").
