The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Payment terms:
provider buyer makes Calculation for purchased goods, within a period of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the goods by the buyer.
4.2. Value (price) of the goods shall be determined in Cu (1 c.u. = 1 euro) indicated in the Specifications (annex No. 1 to the agreement) and shall be calculated at the exchange rate specified by Central Bank of Russian Federation, at the day of payment.
4.3. The value of the goods should be included delivery to the warehouse of the buyer, payment of customs duty and VAT 18%.

Delivery terms:

The shipping costs associated with returning the faulty item and its replacement on goods of proper quality, refer to the provider.
