Payment terms:deferred payment of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of the originals of accounting documents (a-f, torg12) quality originals passports, certificates of conformity. Other payment terms are also considered.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse is carried out by the buyer’s vehicles within the city of Perm or by the seller’s vehicles. Delivery time: within 3 (ten) calendar days upon signing the specification.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Products cost and delivery cost (separately);
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery term;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.
8) Full compliance of the name of goods and materials in commercial offers (hereinafter in shipping documents) requested in the purchase.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability towards the participants.
