Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Payment terms:
100% postpayment upon receipt of tmc to the intermediate warehouse in the city. Aldan, within 10 banking days from the date of delivery.
VAT is included.
Transport costs include in the cost of delivery, but allocate a separate line.
Delivery terms:
By the means of the supplier to Aldan, Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
When the goods are shipped, obligatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments: 1) Please note, that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form.

4) Products shall be new, unused;

6) Before shipment, be sure to fill out a packing list (see example in procurement
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Products cost and delivery cost (separately);
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery term;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
