Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

1. Payment 100% on the fact of shipment within 60 calendar days
2. Payment of 100% on the fact of arrival of the TMSC to the buyer's warehouse within 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.

3. Packing list, specifying the supplied products and their quantity, must be attached to each cargo package.

4. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, you must provide the relevant supporting documents

4. If you provide your offer you will also automatically agree to the form of our framework contract

7. Please Note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
