Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without remarks), and submission of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse.
Georeferencing:Sverdlovsk region, Krasnoturinsk, 36 block Vorontsovsky forestry Karpinsky forestry.
Comments:
1) Parts of the original factory production.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial proposal, certificate confirming the attitude to the product. Certificate for the supplied products.
3) Products must be new, not used.
4) Products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
