Auto-extension

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the form of contract of the buyer.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Proposal in electronic form.
3) When putting the KP, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of products, availability, term of manufacture, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, dimensions of the cargo (mass, volume, number of containers), point of dispatch;
4) The product must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality; $
6) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see example of filling in the procurement
documents), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, copy of the documents to be sent to the customer by e-mail.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
In the proposed IP, specify:
1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Links to the manufacturer;
4) Terms of payment;
5) Delivery time;
6) The ratio of the supplier to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) A guarantee.
