Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery is carried out in batches at the request of the buyer. It is necessary to separate products for delivery to the addresses of several consignees (with the provision of different sets of documents for each of the consignees).

Comments:
The commercial offer must be valid for at least 45 calendar days after the completion of the procedure on the electronic trading platform.

It is necessary to indicate in the commercial offer the weight (kg) and volume (l/dm3) of one package and the entire batch of the delivered goods.

The price of the supplied products in the offer must be indicated in Russian rubles

Entrance control. When making a KP, register all the requirements in full, in accordance with the request.

The provision of a product warranty is mandatory (the warranty period must be specified in the offer).

An agreement is signed to the agreement for the parties to carry out electronic document management (EDI). In the KP, indicate consent to the conclusion of an additional EDI agreement, or attach a letter indicating the reasons for the impossibility of implementing the EDI.

The indication of the manufacturer of the product as part of the application is mandatory.
As part of the application, you must submit a passport or a quality certificate for the product or provide a document confirming that certification is not required.
