The choice of supplier is carried out at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of Omsktehuglerod LLC, preferably on the terms of cooperation for 100% payment upon receipt of products to the Buyer's warehouse according to the standard form of the Buyer's contract.
Only the contract in the Buyer's version is accepted.
Please upload a commercial offer, as well as a reference list confirming the supplier's competence.
For the convenience of making a quotation, please attach a Commercial Proposal in electronic form.

Uploading a commercial offer is required. If there is a valid agreement between our organizations, the attachment of statutory documents is not necessary. For suppliers with whom the contract has not been concluded, a set of statutory documents is desirable.

It is recommended to load in electronic form to the lot and it is mandatory to send together with the goods quality certificates, passports of manufacturers for the products offered.
Please note that this request is not a kind of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on the request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; the bid for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
